I came here to kill some time before a train, and it was exactly what I needed. it was 11a on a sat and about 60% full, but they came 12:15 it was full. there is a separate vegan menu, there are cakes, sweets, tees / coffee, as well as a handful of healthy options. I ordered a tee and fresh suppe of the day and it was not disappointed. great place to stop early / midday and take her time personal was really friendly and helpful at the order.
This is an excellent music venue. We visited on November 18, 2021, and were pleased to see that sensible Covid precautions were in place, making us feel safe. The tables were well-spaced, providing a great view of the band. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the music was absolutely fantastic.
Went to see Gabby Young Other Animals tonight, and they were superb. I don't say that lightly since I used to run Moles Club for 30 years. Great songs, great stage presence, haunting arrangements made it a great performance from a band just returned from playing WOMAD Festival.
