I placed an online order at a restaurant that did not arrive within the expected 1-hour time slot. When I tried to call them, the telephone line was offline, so I had no way of contacting them. I stopped at a chip shop on my way to work and was informed that my order was running 40 minutes late and could have been included in the last delivery, although they were not certain. Since I was already late for work, I asked for a sausage dinner, but it was made, wrapped, and then refused because they only accepted cash and not cards. I ordered a retreat for me and woman when we separated. I ordered at 6.30 a.m. and it was expected at 8.35, I opened my order singapur chow mine and could immediately see that there is no mixed meat and only 2 small garnish. there were...no seasonal or chili and few bohnenprouts. I complained and said they couldn't refund, but would send another. I received the new and surprisingly this had less content than the first only noodles! I'll order last time.
This restaurant experience was a complete disappointment. We ordered food and waited for over 2 1/2 hours, but it never arrived. Despite trying to call multiple times, the staff kept hanging up on us and didn't even have the decency to inform us that the food would not be delivered. Do not order from this restaurant if you actually want your food to arrive. The service was absolutely unacceptable.
Orders £20 worth of food an non of it was cooked called them up to talk about the chicken still being pink in the middle and they hung up . Tried calling back and got no answer . So I’ve contacted just eat and they...are investigating it . Sausages looked raw too . Just hoping I don’t get sick as I already ate a bit before noticed. concerned about the children getting sick

telephoned chippy to see if it was delivered in my opposite was said. preferred eating, then almost 30 minutes later got a call to say they can not deliver as it is for the driver. absolute terrible service and will not go back,
This is a small family business and the food is cooked fresh to order well worth the wait this has recently been taken over so ignore the bad reviews from previous owners once again fresh proper Chinese meals delicious
The food at this restaurant is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it! The dishes were absolutely delicious and we had a great dining experience.
Just ordered food to collect came home, chips stone cold half of the rock hard, said “chips freshly made.” Fish tasted like soap!!! Never going there again

terrible! sure we were served last night chips! cold and hard chips. cold draughts with hot engraving. so disappointed! will never go again!
disgusting. käseburger n chips order. pound shop burger with discs made of plastic cheese and cold stone hard chips. will not be back!
