I had a lovely meal here with my partner, and we chose dishes from the Valentine's menu. The soup was exquisite, and the scallops were cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding, with the waitstaff being incredibly attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable despite the gloomy atmosphere. We tried the cheesecake and the peach dessert; unfortunately, we didn't find them to our taste, but that might just be a matter of personal preference. Overall, the meals were fantastic. One thing I noticed is that the decor could use some updating, and the glassware seemed to be disappearing.
fantastic! he had a meal in her bistro restaurant and the staff was very friendly, the place was very clean and the eating was fabulous. very generous portion sizes and a large selection. I had her chapelbank tower, a stack of steak, haggis, black pudding, twirl rings and a mushroom, with a whisky jus, served with veg and a choice of clobigen chips or maische. for a very reasonable price a bit below £20. highly recommended. her house red wine is a merlot that was very tasty. would always go back.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with great food at reasonable prices. We held our wedding reception here, and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. While the space is somewhat limited, it was perfect for our small wedding of 38 guests. We often return for coffee, lunch, and dinner.
what a great place. our room was beautiful. very spacious and very clean. super comfortable, large bed and tastefully decorated. our evening meal was delicious and very cheap. a lot of choice. the personal was excellent. very friendly, helpful and attentive, without being intrusive. will definitely return and highly recommend.

Just had lunch here and it was brilliant. The food was lovely with so much too choose from and the price was very cheap for the meal we had. The man that served us was very friendly and provided a great service. I will be going back and also recommending this place to everybody!
The lunch menu is excellent, and the service is quick. The food is delicious. There's a small parking lot at the back, which is very convenient and saves you from parking fees. I've never had a bad meal there.
nice eating and very nice staff that would do everything to make sure they enjoy their meal. we stay back, so it must be good!
