I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I walked in during lunchtime and the place was nearly empty. It took the waitress about 5 minutes to take my to-go order, and then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to come out. When I finally got home and took a bite of my burger, I found it was cooked like a hockey puck - hard, black, and charred. I later found out online that you can order your burger rare, medium, etc., but they didn't ask me in person and just burned the meat to the point where it tasted more like charcoal than beef. I still have that unpleasant taste in my mouth.
