Granted, I went during the slow time.The place is clean, and the food was delicious.They have an impressive selection of condiments well as fountain drinks that actually had soda water as an option.I ordered the DD burger with gravy fries.Gravey was OK. You could tell it was from A can, but fries were good.the DD burger with the bombThe smoked ham was amazing and definitely made up for the gravy and fries.I would recommend it to anyone !Parking: Lots of parking on front and on the side of the building .Wheelchair accessibility: There was ADA compliant access.
This restaurant is definitely worth the price. The grilled chicken sandwich is the best I've ever had. They smoke their own meats, and the minced beef was surprisingly delicious, even for someone who rarely eats beef. Their burger with honey smoked ham on top was a hit with my friends. We were impressed by the food and will definitely be returning. If they had a location in DC or NYC, they would likely have lines out the door.
Have you ever imagined a better version of Arby's? Look no further than Chap's Pit Beef! This place offers a wide variety of meats cooked over a natural wood charcoal barbecue pit. The meat is tender, moist, and full of flavor. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Stop by and see for yourself!
The fries were soggy and would benefit from being served in paper bags for takeout with higher oil temperatures. The hamburger was overcooked and lacking in flavor due to a lean grind. The pit sandwich was the best dish but overall the meal was just average, falling short of the best in Baltimore.

While the Rachel sandwich was well worth the , not so much other items. I will NEVER again pay a rediculous 3.50 for a 12oz soda cup again. I'll go drive thru next time

It's the best pit beef, in my opinion, in MD. The fries are fantastic, too! Don't sleep on the pit ham; that, too, is fantastic.
New Yorkers who loved the Baltimore spot, and tried this one. Staff is great. Lady took our order was sweet. Food is top notch!
