In search of maximum excellence, Venture Group has created the Venture Collection brand, which brings together its most Premium restaurants. These are Char, Fire and Embers; Lagarto Brasserie both in La Caleta, and Kensei in Costa Adeje. First-hand, with extraordinary attention, we enjoyed Char, a place of meat worship. The menu began with select appetizers: Teruel Wagyu jerky; Cantabrian anchovies on glass toast with Bulgarian tomato from the Güímar Valley and a delicious Luismi tartar with meat matured for 18 days. Unforgettable the La Santa carabineros, served with Beurre Blanc sauce with amontillado wine and caviar, which gave way to the meats: a juicy Mudejar Wagyu low loin with 48 days...
