Ha pasado una semana desde que comimos en Char. ¡Queremos darle las gracias a Federica por última vez! Ella fue nuestra increíble anfitriona durante la noche. Llegamos a las nueve y media, pero lamentablemente no había mesa disponible. El gerente fue muy amable y nos dijo que regresáramos en 45 minutos y así lo hicimos. Conseguimos una preciosa mesa en la ventana trasera, cerca de la palmera. La ventana estaba abierta y nos proporcionó una brisa fresca y agradable. Fue la segunda o tercera semana que abrieron este local. Federica nos dijo que trasladaron el restaurante debido a que había más espacio para los invitados y para la cocina. Quieren centrarse más en la buena mesa y eso es exactame...

We are three cooks and we have decided to choose char to eat a good meat, the truth that we have a lot especially for the attention of the comet digging, I do not remember the name, which served us with great professionalism and took care of choosing perfect wines with our selection of meat! ¡Excelente! Un restaurante de lujo con la misma apariencia y una acogida hospitalaria. El servicio fue muy amable e hizo de la velada una verdadera experiencia. Vale la pena repetirlo.
