Char Pizzeria Napoletana

I tried two of their pizzas for my first time here: prosciutto fig and the classic margarita. I've tried two other places like this, with the stone fired pizza, one in Oregon and one in Illinois. The crust at CHAR is thicker than I've had in the past, but they put a good amount of sauce on their pizza. The margarita was perfect on its own, but would be a great base for more ingredients. The prosciutto fig was tasty in its own right. I'm thinking the balsamic drizzle would have served better as the sauce instead of a traditional red sauce. Maybe balsamic and oil. The Pesto pizza with tomatoes was very good. The prices are reasonable and happy hour reversal happy hour makes them better. Fun atmosphere with corn hole and life size connect four. I talked to the manager Scott to let him know we're late on a week night and he was very welcome to my group. At night my group of 17 came in, barkeeper Josh and manager Scott agreat job with us drinks and pizzas ordered before the kitchen shutdown. Scott made our experience a great one. Thank you.

I always eat here. Tuesdays have the best specials! Pizza and staff are amazing! Authentic wood fire pizza.... delicious! Outside the terrace has fun and games for the family. Very recommended.

good food, wine and atmosphere. we had a day party in the outdoor area terrace and it was such a great venue for children to play all games while the adults visited and eat dinner peacefully!

This place is the best!!! You have wonderful staff, good customer service. The food is great, every pizza they proposed was good. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I can’t wait to go back again. The canoli were the best ever. Everything we tried was top notch fresh.
