Characters Tea House And Hot Stone

we visit here regularly for afternoon tea. it is amazing that the personal is so friendly and offers nothing too much annoying. I take my daughter 4 years, she has autism, they always make sure we sit in the same areas. it is nice to take them for something to eat at a place where they really like to go. can not recommend the place enough. definitely worth a visit when they come to llandudno.

really beautiful place and experience. yesterday we visited our two daughters in the ages of 3 and 8 who served us was extremely helpful. in the inner is beautiful, we sat down and it was just beautiful. we all had the afternoon and the food was all delicious (I recommend the chocolate orange cake! really recommend to come here, we will definitely return!

Fantastic experience loved every minute of it. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home, the food is excellent great value for money and so interesting using the hot stone an experience not to miss. The owners are amazing with good communication it made it a perfect night thank you will definitely come back to try it all again

came last week here for a few times and Turkish pals, cakes were delicious, like the coffee and tee. the staff was so helpful and went out of the way to make the visit great. can be recommended

Booked two tables using this app at this restaurant to have both of them cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and won't be attempting to book again.
