Greeted with a very friendly staff. Host is very happy to seat us. Logan, our server is very punctual, and a very knowledgeable person. He knows the ins and outs of the whole menu. He described the dish meticulously. Ask for him when u get there. Started with their sourdough bread accompanied with cultured vermont butter 5 stars for this because it came very hot and the butter had sea salt flakes yumm Ordered Mexican Street Corn Ribs pickled chillies, brown butter, lime crema although the corn is yellow it tasted pretty sweet and the pickled chillies had some spicyness that I tasted. My boyfriend made a reservation for four people for my birthday. We were running late and called. The host said it was okay. When we arrived the owner's hospitality was awful. He seemed annoyed we walked through the door. He said we had to order right away and we agreed no problem. After we sat he came over a few minutes later and told us we could only order a salad and pizzas due to the oven used for cooking steaks was already turned off. For driving an hour and a half I was incredibly disappointed. He then sent over a server to apologize while he watched from the kitchen. I have been here twice and both meals were wonderful. I love that they have seasonal menus. Some portions are large so I recommend sharing with your party to experience and taste everything Charcoal has to offer. The Radiatori is always good as well as Brioche Doughnuts. Sometimes service is slow but use the time to appreciate the food.
