Always driving past the Dianella restaurant so both of us went there tonight as we have talked about it for ages. We both ordered the ribs with chips and seafood salad. Salad was great and so where the chips. We played a game of first one to find the meat on the ribs. My wife found the first little morsel under the layers if fat. I gave up and ate some of the salad and chips instead as did my wife. Must have been really cheap cuts of meat or they just had a bad night in the kitchen. Once bitten twice shy so won 't be back.
This restaurant recently changed its name from Charcoal Chicken to Chargrill Masters. Despite the name change, it still serves the best meals out of all the charcoal chicken stores. Their lamb ribs and chicken are the highlights, and their chips are always fresh. The biryani rice is also delicious. This is one of my favorite takeaway options. Whether you go by Chargrill Masters or any other name, I will definitely be returning.
We have been twice and both times i wanted to like the lamb ribs more than i did. on both occasions we found the skin just a bit tough and chewy and i really like lamb skin normally. On the last visit we thought the spicy chicken and spicy dusted chips were really good and the pricing is pretty good for a decent portion size. So overall it is a good feed and i will still go back and try the lamb ribs again, just in case.
This was once called Charcoal Chicken but now called Chargrill Masters. Trip Advisor are a bit slow to put out on their list. Their food quality hasn't changed at all (very tasty) apart from going up in price a bit. The only downside to my meal was it was a bit too fatty. This isn't usually the case but it was still delicious and I ate it all. Another fine meal.

People been raving about it but I’ve never visited despite it been walking distance from our house. So decided to try it for a large takeaway order and wow, it was amazing!!! The lamb ribs were to die for, and roasted chicken delicious. Family loved the potato dish. Great service too. Would definitely come back!
Like the taste of marinated ribs. Serving quit large. Family set can be eaten 5-6pax depends on people but for my trip, we just bought one family set + 1 large rice then it enough for 5adult and 2kids. Salads serve with the family meal also quit large portion. Enjoy the food..
This store was formally a Charcoal Chicken store but definitely was the stand out. The food is fresh and waiting time is always reasonable. The food (ribs, chicken, rice or potato bake) is always 100% fantastic
The grilled lamb ribs was very delicious, the meat is tender , juicy and well flavoured. The beriyani rice goes well with the lamb. It was the best lamb feast we had on our short trip to Perth.

Have loved coming here for years. Great to see the new look. We recently made a large catering order for a birthday party. Great service and the food was prepared on time as arranged.
The lamb at this restaurant is incredibly tender and delicious. They also offer a variety of salads. A must-try when in Perth. Highly recommended.
