Chargrill Charlie's

Last night my friends and I went to this restaurant and 4 out of the 5 of us got food, but one didn’t because he’s a bit out of cash right now. When the guy working brought us our food and saw my mate didn’t have any, he brought him a few devil wings and a tray of chips on the house. Obviously don’t go there expecting free food but do expect incredible and friendly service. We didn’t catch your name, but to the lovely guy who’s right hand is currently in a brace, thank you. Your kindness made my friend’s whole week.

The bbq whole chicken is great here and my kids also love the chips hence we have had it many times. What is annoying is their chicken burgers are just so very average and 5 places on the beaches instantly spring to mind who are way better and cheaper. I 'd love to name the other places but you 'd think the owners of a successful chain could see the issue. I 'm done going there. Side dishes such as fried rice and mac and cheese are truly terrible. If it wasn 't for their chips, it would be a 1 rating.

As a regular customer who had never visited this restaurant before, I ordered a takeaway quarter chicken with potato wedges and roasted vegetables. Unfortunately, the wedges were overcooked, the chicken was dry, and I discovered two long hairs in the roasted vegetables. It was a disappointing experience, so I ended up throwing the meal in the garbage without finishing it.

Lunch was ordered by our team leader and we picked it up. It was delicious and fresh and even hot even though we had placed a large order. Thank you for always being fresh and worth the effort. Thank you. The Service team at G Brothers Mona Vale.

Friendliest customer service and the most amazing variety of delicious food. Prices are a bit more than some other takeaways but I find the quality of food better. More like homecooked food.
