Ate here a few weeks ago as sit down and ordered ribs. Absolutely disgusting. All fat, no meat and no flavor. Service sucks. I know this isn’t fine dining but jeeez this place has nothing on a Wendy’s. The smoke inside gave me bronchitis.And guess what, stupid me decided to give them another shot…figured I’d get something quick they couldn’t F up, a burger and chicken tenders. Sat down right in front of the register, said hello and waited to have my order taken. Mind you the place was empty of customers. The woman walked by me 5 times in 15 minutes and never took my order. This is an awful place that I’m still shocked how discrimination happened in real life. The lady had me waited for more than 15 min to get my ‘too good to go’ order, I asked her why waiting so long and her answer was I needed to sever my customer first. She took out 5 bucks asked me to leave while I questioned her ‘so I’m not your customer?’ No, I didn’t take the money, neither the food, but I’m sure she deserves this review.
Had always seen the place on train ride to/from work (in Berkeley Heights train station house) but never hopped off the train to try. Had gotten their 1/2 bbq chicken as a too good surprise package and it was a lot of food (bag of fries) for the price. Would go back someday and order off their menu to fairly gauge food quantity. Let me tell you a little about this place you'd never guess in a million years it's a restaurant due to it being in an old train station building! The service is amazing and the food is phenomenal! I was working nearby and stumbled across this spot and any time I work there I come here to get lunch! I've came back multiple days in a row that's how great it is! Wish there was one close by me!

I ordered the beef ribs with yellow rice and beans. The rice was undercooked and tough. The beef ribs were also tough and difficult to chew. They lacked flavor. I was very disappointed, especially considering I paid $30 for a half order! I will not be returning.
I came here for the first time when I used the app Too Good to Go and I was very pleased with the outcome. The woman was very pleasant and the food was plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely be back here.
