The service was great, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I ordered the Grilled Seafood Trio and I must say most of the food was disgusting, It was drowned with grease. The scallops were, in my opinion, over cooked. They rubbery and tasted a bit off. The redfish was a bit slimy/slippery, maybe it was because it was doused in butter. The shrimp, red rice and fries were really delicious and the kids chicken tenders and fries were good though.
The service was incredible! Out waitress went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. We had 3 kids under 4 which is always a challenge. The place was packed but it did not slow down the kitchen. Our food was fresh and hot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of how many steps are around the restaurant which isn't conducive to small children. Otherwise highly recommend!!
I had the shrimp and grits. Enough shrimp to sausage ratio. The grits and gravy were perfect. Waitress was wonderful and on point. We got the crab dip as and appetizer. she brought out extra crackers, with out us asking. How great is that!! It was a great experience! We also had the trio which was cook to protection.
A table overlooking the river, friendly service and the low country boil was absolutely delicious! Plus a really good cider, out of a can but still really good. Highly recommend both this location and this meal. Réservez une table maintenant
The food is consistently good and well prepared. I gave the atmosphere a low rating because a gentleman was coughing and sneezing his head off at the next table. This was my second time at the Folly location.
Grilled snapper was tasteless, red rice flavor was good but dry. Crab stuffed mushrooms was tasty, chocolate cake was dry and $12 per small slice. Server Jasmine was AWESOME!
It was definitely not the season for blue crab. The size was definitely smaller than expected for the price. Shrimp and whole flounder portion more satisfactory for price.
We were looking fir a good seafood place on the water. Charleston Crab House did not disappoint. Wonderful meal with a great atmosphere. Réservez une table maintenant
The best crab I have ever eaten!!! If a wait, ask about bar seating. My husband and I got on without a wait on a Saturday night.
