This rating is not for the food because Charlie's is actually good, more for this unheard policy of not accepting Bill's over 20$. Located inside of a Mall how does this happen?? I've been to many Charlie's throughout the state and never heard of such athing especially when your located inside of a Mall . Maybe the smart thing to do is invest into a currency test kit before youlose hundreds of customers because you just lost this client. Shame on whomever
The food at Charleys Philly Steaks are really good! The staff at this location was pleasant and it was well set up for COVID. The entire staff wore gloves and it appeared very well maintained and clean. We ordered the chicken cheese steak with cheesefries. The portion is pretty good and the taste is excellent! It's a great combo meal to have while at Btidgewater Commons. Ihighly recommend trying the chicken cheese steak, you won't be disappointed.
I have been coming here for years, especially more frequently during the pandemic for quick lunch breaks between meetings. The service is always fast and courteous, and I’ve never had any problems with my order. The staff are consistently friendly, making it a convenient and pleasant experience every time.
Typical fast food. No better. No worse. Took star off because service was chaotic. It wasn't very busy but staff had a hard time matching people to orders. It left customers squabbling over what food belonged to who. I didn't care enough to argue andyielded any disputed items. Réservez une table maintenant
I usually come here for lunch, but when I ordered loaded fries, they weren’t actually loaded. I politely asked if they could add more, but the staff refused, saying I had already paid. I found this unfair and a bit rude. I’ll just be going somewhere else from now on.
The cheesesteak was underwhelming, lacking in flavor and reminiscent of microwave steak products from the grocery store. I wouldn't suggest trying it. The lemonade was the only standout of the meal.
The food was exceptionally fresh and delicious. I'm thrilled that I can order from Charleys Cheesesteaks and enjoy it right from the comfort of my home.
The cheese fries at Charleys Cheesesteaks are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend giving them a try from the menu! Réservez une table maintenant
It wasn’t very impressive, and the fries with ranch lacked flavor—quite ordinary for a Philly cheesesteak.
