I really enjoy the food at Charleys Cheesesteaks, but over the past six years, I've noticed a persistent issue with the management. Calling them rude doesn’t even begin to cover it. I feel bad for the employees who end up working here, only to leave soon after because they can’t tolerate the abusive environment. Both the mall owners, other employees, and regular customers have been aware of this problem for years. Sometimes the management gets angry and yells, other times they act passive-aggressively, as if being a decent person is too much to ask. All of the workers are super duper nice and I love them all!!! The food is amazing and I can say that Charley’s is the only food place at the mall with really great service and the best and nicest staff ever! Will be back every single time I’m at the mall <3
Charley’s cheesesteak is my favorite place and I have a lot of memories eating at this franchise. Bacon fries my favorite! This place is busy. Just needs to be alittle more organized. The staff seemed friendly. Overall a good place to order from!
I experienced racial profiling during my visit. The employee wouldn't allow me to swipe my card because they seemed to doubt that it was actually mine. I hope others recognize this behavior and choose not to give their business to such a place.

There’s a tall Asian man working behind the counter who is amazing. He always takes charge, ensuring everything runs smoothly, orders are accurate, and customers leave satisfied. I hope the company values him and compensates him accordingly.
Excellent place to enjoy a fantastic meal. If you haven't already tried this place you should, it's delicious. We can't say enough about yow good everything tastes.I can't wait until they open in Centereach.
I ordered a chicken California sandwich. They come with ranch dressing on it. Ask to ad the wing sause. What I got was mayo not ranch dressing. I am so diapointed.
I got sick both times I ate here—worst stomach ache I've had in a long while. While Charleys Cheesesteaks is usually good, this particular location is not.
