I’m typically not one to complain, but what I witnessed while my sub was being prepared was truly disturbing. I saw the worker who was making my sandwich clean several items while wearing the same gloves. Then, he proceeded to make my sandwich using those same gloves, touching all the ingredients. When I asked if he changed his gloves after that, he even argued with me. It's concerning to think about what may have been on those gloves after handling cleaning products and dirty items.
Can't go wrong with a stub from this place I got the steak and bacon highly recommend it also the Philly cheese is way better than you think I recommend getting everything on it lettuce tomato mayonnaise throw some extra bacon on there just for funsies did it on a cheat day off my diet and I've got to admit it was the best decision of my life hot and fresh way better than Subway enjoy a sub then go watch a movie cuz it's in the mall and there's a theater right next to it
The service was disappointing. We found ourselves having to ask multiple times for our drinks, as one staff member seemed more focused on her music than attending to customers. Additionally, the cashier acted as if we were an inconvenience while placing our order. It feels like the pandemic has had a negative impact on restaurant service. Also, don't expect help from anyone in the mall; they seem more interested in wandering around than actually assisting customers.
Hubby and I ate there about 5 days back! Thought our Philly would be dry so ordered extra Mayo?? No it wasn’t!! Moist, good seasoning!! Ordered medium (9.99 one and plenty for one person!! Hubby also got fries and they were fried to perfection!! So enjoyed meal and more than expected in flavor!! Service was excellent and owner or Manager(? was very kind as were the employees!! The staff began shutting down at 6:30, even though the mall remains open until 7:00. This resulted in poor customer service. If I were in charge, I would let these unmotivated employees go, as they’ve cost the business a lot by closing early.
Food was decent. Employees on the other hand seemed unprofessional. They were using vulgar language and not being unhygienic in terms of wearing gloves and grabbing at each others clothing and holding on and returning to customers food.
The cheesesteaks is amazing and the fries loaded up are so good. It was a quick, hot and fresh. Simple menu. Will be back.Parking: It's a mall

It is what it is when ordering at a fast food joint. It was okay. Fries were decent compared to other fast food places I’ve gone
