The girl taking my order was practically whispering while trying to confirm the details, and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. The total came to $33 for a Philly cheesesteak and a Chipotle Bacon Chicken sandwich with a side of gourmet fries. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the price—both sandwiches had dry meat, and the gourmet fries were soggy and overly salty. I definitely do not recommend this place; they really need to make some significant improvements.
I have always liked Charley's Philly steaks. But today the usual taste wasn't there. Maybe it's a one time thing maybe new cooks but something was missing. Also the server just piled a huge blob of mayonnaise which I think was too much and it took away from the flavor too. The staff was courteous no problem there. It's just the usual flavor of their subs was not there. I also miss the fries with seasoning they don't do that anymore

A busy day, on a Saturday afternoon, however management is the worst. The employees were just chill and not doing their jobs. The workstations were dirty, and plenty of cross food contamination. Dirty stay away. I like the restaurant just not this place. They need professional Réservez une table maintenant
The food here is absolutely delicious—perfect for the whole family! I highly recommend it. The strawberry and lemon water drinks are particularly tasty!
The cheesesteak sandwiches here are incredible! I highly recommend this place; the meat is tender and juicy, and the cheese is fantastic.
Never been let down by you guys very professional courteous staff I always look forward to buying the Philly cheese steak !
