I wouldn't even rate this place with a single star. I usually enjoy this restaurant, but I typically go to a different location. Unfortunately, the service during my last visit was incredibly poor. They got my order wrong, and I had to keep the incorrect items while still paying for what I actually ordered. Instead of just paying for three meals, I ended up paying for six, three of which ended up being thrown away. It was a complete waste of food and a deeply disappointing experience in terms of customer service.
This place was just okay. The girl at the register was very friendly. I wasn’t too impressed with the sandwich, but the fries were tasty. The price felt a bit high, especially since there’s another location just a few doors down that offers the same food at the same price, and I’ve heard it’s better. I was trying to save money and time—lesson learned. Still, the girl was genuinely nice, and the fries were definitely a highlight.
I recently visited the Brandon Mall location, and while I thought the food was great, my experience was overshadowed by the woman at the register named Agustin. She took our orders with an attitude that made it seem like she was being forced to do her job. On top of that, they charge $2 and $1 for refills, which is quite surprising!

I've visited Charleys Philly Steaks a few times, and the sandwiches are consistently good. However, for some reason, they never offer samples when I go. Also, the buy 7, get 1 free punch card isn't available either. Given how often I've come, I should have earned a free sandwich by now.
I visited this restaurant last Thursday around noon, and it will be my first and last time here. I orderd the chicken teriyaki sandwich, but it was incredibly soggy. The bun was drenched and fell apart completely. After just two bites, I decided to throw the rest away.
I believe they make their own ranch dressing, but it wasn't good and ruined my Californian chicken sub. The fries were also unsalted, making them bland. Overall, it was a disappointing meal! On top of that, their ranch dressing isn't refrigerated, which is concerning.
I enjoyed a delightful lunch that was filled with a generous serving of cheese and meat in a medium-sized portion. The staff were friendly and exceptionally nice. It was a special experience as they prepare your food right in front of you. Thank you!
