I’ve included photos of my chicken Philly cheesesteak, but honestly, it looked like it had already been chewed and then spit back into my bun. The chicken pieces were less than half the size of what you’d hope for. As for the Philly cheesesteak, it was supposed to have grilled peppers, mushrooms, and onions, but they were hardly grilled at all—practically nonexistent. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was subpar, with young staff members seemingly uninterested in their work. The cashier appeared to only focus on ringing up orders and ended up forgetting my fries and drink. My sandwich was lacking, with very little lettuce and tomatoes, and I specifically requested yellow peppers, which were missing. I've never seen a sandwich prepared so quickly, and I can only hope that I don't end up getting sick from it!
This was my first time eating here...The Owner was busy in the back and the Cook just took over and provided great Customer Service...There was a young man wanting something but did have enough money...The owner says, "How much do you have? "The boy was a $1.50 short...The owner says...Come on, I 'm going to hook you up...The boy was happy...My food wad really good, especially the fries...

The loaded steak fries are even better than the sandwich and are a more budget-friendly option. My only concern was that when I placed a mobile order on November 5, 2021, around 5 PM, I had to wait in line at the drive-thru, only to be told to go inside to pick it up. That said, the loaded steak fries, priced at around $5, were absolutely fantastic!
My steak was half done,i order cheese fries and didn't even receive that they gave me regular fries.i call up there and got hung up on twice and then i call a third time asking to speak with a management and was told they would call back in 10 minutes which was a lie. I wish i could put zero star's
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is fantastic, and the management and staff genuinely care about their customers. I’ve never had a bad experience in the three years I've been going there. The service is excellent!
The service was outstanding! The staff were friendly and truly made my day better. The cheesesteaks were fantastic, and the kids had nothing but good things to say about their chicken tenders!
