We do like the sandwiches, we don't go to the closest one in Glendora, because the sun is pretty bad in the afternoon so we come to this location and have been for a few years, we do understand staff and training issues, but I don't think it would be to hard to lower the volume when customers are in the store,they keep it loud, to loud to talk and really not everyone likes hip hop sounds.
I went to Charley?s at 216 N Azusa Ave Covina, CA 91722 on Sunday night around 8:30 pm. My order number on my receipt was 75#. I had ordered a small combo with my Philly cheesesteak and as soon as I got home I realized they forgot to add my fries. I went ona 20 min drive because it?s the nearest location near me. I was such disappointed
Charley’s Philly Steaks has a unique location outside of a mall, and unlike its mall counterparts, this one offers wings on the menu. However, the service here tends to be slow, and the prices are slightly higher than what you’d find at the mall. Additionally, the seating is quite limited.
I haven't had a Philly cheesesteak in a while, and it was fantastic! I almost forgot to take pictures because I was enjoying it so much. The ladies working there deserve a tip jar for the excellent service they provided! Réservez une table maintenant
I really disappointed with your female workers they have a disrespectful snotty attitude, and kept rolling their eyes, please hire more nicer people, just don’t know how they even got that job in the first place!
Got two ultimate cheesesteak sandwiches one sandwich was missing lettuce and tomato got ultimate fries and they put the cheese on one of the sandwiches and no ranch on fries
Staff was super friendly and very attentive. Food was great will come back again for service and to try something new, lots of sandwiches to choose from ????

The sandwich was tasty—kudos to the chef! However, I’m giving it three stars because they ran out of mozzarella sticks.
