We really enjoy this place. The Houston Texas Copperfield location, Hwy 6 at West Rd, is wonderful. They are fast, accurate and very accommodating to my changing requests. They are always friendly and helpful. They have never once got my order wrong and they usually have to interrupt my abbreviated notes in the for name section of the app. I don’t have specific names but there’s not anyone at this location that is not friendly and doing a great job. We order out often and most times the order is wrong when I pickup the food. People don’t seem to care about the job they do anymore. I had the worst stomach ache in a long time because of the Teriyaki sub and fries that I ordered which was more expensive than I expected $18+ . It was a terrible 6 hours of constant pain that felt like a rat gnawing inside. Thankfully, I was able to throw it up and the pain went away. Never again am I eating there Yorktown Mall because that was some serious case of food poisoning.
Very disappointed to know that the Veggie Delight is actually cooked on the same griddle, with the server/cook using the same utensil as the meat sandwiches. While the Veggie Delight does not specifically state it is vegetarian friendly, the name is deceiving. True vegetarians cannot eat the sandwich when it is cross contaminated with meat/meat juices.
The staff was very friendly and kind. The atmosphere is a little boring but that's okay. The food was surprisingly really delicious. The prices are decent also. Very clean establishment. I enjoyed myself and my kids enjoyed their meals. Réservez une table maintenant
