The Charley’s steakhouse The Grill House offers an inviting atmosphere and top-notch service, but unfortunately, the steak didn't quite hit the mark during my visit. Atmosphere: 5/5 Upon entering The Grill House, I was immediately impressed by the warm and cozy ambiance. Our dinner was truly memorable, thanks in large part to Delila's outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and attended to our every need with a friendly smile. Her attention to detail was remarkable, and she was fun to listen to, like an orchestra, seamlessly blending information with entertainment. Delila's recommendations were spot on, enhancing our dining experience with delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her warm demeanor and professional yet personable approach turned an ordinary meal into an extraordinary evening. It's an experience we'll remember fondly and talk about for a long time.

My absolute favorite steakhouse for date night. My go-to is the bison and butter cake for dessert. Even if I don't eat dinner there, wifey and I got there for a nightcap and buttercake. I loved the smoked anejo, but that is off the menu now. There are still plenty of drinks options. I'm there monthly.

I had an issue in regards to splitting the tab. Even though I didn’t agree with it, Charley’s reached out to me and listened to me and resolved in a manner that I can appreciate. Top notch establishment and better food.
