Charlie's Bistro

Excellent as always, it’s great to rely on a good restaurant when your taking some family members for the first time, at Charlie’s we had amazing starters, main courses to die for and well a few desserts and shared spoons we couldn’t resist, this has become a family favourite, with the host and his witty comments feeling welcomed into their restaurant.

Continue to visit Charlie’s. Food, service and atmosphere are consistently very good. It’s a busy restaurant for good reason … and to avoid disappointment booking is to be recommended… if not essential

Lovely, friendly place in a small alleyway in the village. Beautiful meal. Staff very attentive and a fast service. Blankets available if needed as can be quite cool In the evening in January.

The new fishcakes were delicious and the fillet of pork in the port sauce was to die for. Will definitely be visiting this gem of a place very soon.
