Wanted to go somewhere local and kid friendly so after doing some research I went with Charlie’s and I wish I would’ve went with my other option of Fat Ducks Tavern. I live locally and will not be going here again. I enjoyed the small diner feels and fast service. However, the waitress was over worked and very abrupt. Didn’t check on us once after getting order. We felt rushed. I ordered steak cooked medium and got well done. I ordered cube hash browns and got stale shredded hash browns. The waitress seemed very busy and I was super hungry so I just tried to enjoy my meal. The what I assumed to be the owner sat there watching the waitress struggle and didn’t even bother check on neglected tables. I told him about over cooked steak and wrong hash browns. The ignorance of the person answering the phone is horrible!! I placed an order that was over $50 over the phone, the woman did not give me a total, ask for my name or phone number and hung up on me. I had to call back and find out the total and tell them who it was for.When we got the food our order was short! We sent someone back to pick up the rest of the order and he was given attitude. One of my other coworkers called and he was given attitude and then asked to speak with a manager after he was insulted over the phone just to find out she supposedly is the manager..the food is bland.. never ordering from there again!

Stopped in with my best friend's brother after making preparations for a wake. Lunch was delicious but felt rushed as they were closing in an hour an 1/2. Not cool and for that reason, probably won't be back.
I had a lovely breakfast with my family visiting from out of town. We were a group of seven, and we were seated right away. Both the service and the food were excellent, and everyone left satisfied.
I've always had great experiences at this place! The keywords for Charlie are quick, hot, and fresh. I feel like part of the family when I'm there, and I know I'll keep coming back for a long time!
The food was absolutely exceptional—truly the best I've ever had. They really go above and beyond to create a memorable experience. It's definitely one of our regular favorites!

This place is so cute and quiet. The decoration is also so cute ?. Food was good we went there for a quick bite and the service was great.
