Chateau Cafe Hoddesdon

Nothing like last time I came ! poor food thrown together, £7.25 for a wrap I expect it to be filled was empty near on! poor customer service to miserable as sin. Toast came out with no butter, and milkshakes turned into slush ??? Lovely menu to look at shame they don’t deliver what you read!! Wouldnt give it any stars at this point. Would love to see them turn it around. I know it’s been hard for cafes etc but don’t skimp back and upset the customers paying!

I love this place, the food is healthy and always arrives perfectly prepared, The cost isn’t unreasonable and everything is fresh. I don’t believe I’ve had to wait too long to be served or to receive drinks and food. The staff are marvellous, I’ve been looked after several times by Millie who is the perfect example of customer friendly pleasant person, so very conscientious, so thanks Millie and the rest of the team, Mike

I have been here many times, always the staff are very professional, quick but patient, the food is always amazing, this time I had sourdough bread, avocado, poached eggs bacon and salad with balsomic drizzel, I didnt leave anything it was delicious and I would highly recomend you try it,

I have visited this restaurant with my family several times, and recently I have been coming here regularly for breakfast with my girlfriend. The staff always provide quick service and are very accommodating when I bring someone who has allergies or specific dietary preferences. Réservez une table maintenant

Fresh looking menu and great staff. I 've been going here for a while now and keep going back! A modern yet classical take on a Cafe with healthy but tasty food. Not your fried breakfast style place, but somewhere different to take friends and make friends and eat well.

Took kids for a cake, all were dry and stale, they were not covered. For near enough £4 a slice should be kept fresh. Ended up wasting most of eat. I’ve had cake there before and it was delicious the last few times I’ve been it’s been awful. Lunch and drinks seems ok.

Interested to hear about the healthy fruit smoothies. Ordered a banana, strawberry and orange. Watched the preparation. Basically it’s one banana. The strawberry and orange flavours are just carton juices. £4.35. That is not a smoothie at all. Very disappointed.

The breakfast I had at this cafe was the worst I've ever had. It was overpriced and the portion was extremely small. The bacon was tiny, about the size of a little finger, and the sausages tasted terrible. It's best to avoid this place at all costs. Réservez une table maintenant

We came here for pancakes and were greatly disappointed to find they were store bought pancakes. This should be highlighted on your menu. A cafe like this should be able to make fresh pancakes. Not impressed with the food. Service was spot on.

This charming cafe has a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu offers great vegan options, and the vegan salted caramel cake was absolutely delicious!
