I ordered two large drinks (Chatime Triple with Roasted Milk Tea, Thai Milk Tea) and they were excellently made. This restaurant prepares drinks quickly and easily compared to other bubble tea places in the area. The seating area was clean and we received good service when our drinks were served. I have not tried the bakery items near the counter, but they look delicious. I cannot confirm if they are fresh. Overall, the drinks were good!
I ordered a drink and food food came out ice cold. Asked for a refund instead of a second order cause I was in a hurry and they could only do a cash only refund. They weren’t apologetic at all about the fact that the food came out cold they seemed annoyed I even asked for a refund. I am not a picky eater. Also charged me for the bag on the way out lol
I think Chatime has the best bubble tea. The tea is not watered down at all and the tapioca is quite liberal. What gave them the top spot was their summer special flavours which included Thai Iced Tea which I've only found in LA. In general I wish bubble tea was a cheaper habit but I always get what I pay for at Chatime.
I ordered the peach green tea and it was delicious. I visited the restaurant during a school break in the area, so there were many kids. There was only one person working in the store, so it took me 30 minutes to place my order. She was also handling Uber deliveries, pickups, and other customers in line. Réservez une table maintenant

Love this place , my bubble tea always delicious, very nice ppl operating behind the counter specially the “assistant manager “.. the place is always clean and tidy.Louay .I highly recommended this place
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, especially the assistant manager who is always super helpful and cheerful. She always makes me the most delicious drinks. I love this place!
