Very friendly personnel, every time I’ve been there I felt like a valued customer.The reason why I can’t give more than 3 stars is because I don’t feel like their teas are that good. They’re pretty average and I didn’t really them.I would suggest going to O Thé next to the Du College metro station. Their teas are amazing in my opinion and the same price.
Best service that a chatime store has offered to date!! I felt welcome, the person on the counter was very friendly.He helped me pick what i wanted to try and had it ready in just jiff after i told them i was in a bit of a rush. Great customer service which i have 5 stars for!!
I received something that tasted more like gravel than tapioca in my drink, and it was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a matcha milk, but the matcha was nearly powdery and had a sour taste. I strongly advise against going there. I wasted $7—never again!

The plastic cup was very flimsy and broke when I set it down. The tapioca was frozen, and the mango tea didn't taste good at all. Overall, it was quite expensive for what I received.

The staff is very friendly. I always order the icy passion fruit green tea with tapioca pearls, and it's delicious!
