Yes, I honestly believe that some if not all of my bar/restaurant bill should have been reimbursed. The front desk staff were all very engaging and understanding. Unfortunately, the staff were not very engaging, enthusiastic, knowledgeable or eager to wait on us. The bartender and manager on duty would not even greet us on arrival and would not make eye contact with us. I honestly felt like I was invisible and it was embarrassing for me to have a friend with me have to experience this. IYour hotel is our happy place. It is being kept up to excellent standards and is one of the finest places we have ever stayed at. Everything about our stay was incredible. It's like coming home when we enter the lobby. As I mentioned above from the front desk check in to check out every single staff member was incredible. Matt, Patrick and Mark were great bartenders, Catherine and Sam at the desk were terrific, Sally and Kayla our waitresses at breakfast have a great working relationship and were smiling and pleasant. Every aspect of the food was outstanding! The staff is exceptional and truly understands the importance of customer service. Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas are beautifully designed. I can only express positive thoughts about my experience, and I could go on and on! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel restaurant.
The restroom was spacious and well-equipped, and everything was in perfect working order. The room was immaculately clean and very inviting. Everything appeared brand new and meticulously maintained. They even assisted me in ordering flowers, which my wife absolutely adored!

The waitress with dark hair on Tuesday morning August 1 around 10:00) for breakfast was so accommodating to our party of 8. She is awesome! I think we had her last year too around the same time of year. Service was fast and the food is so good! Love the decor! Front desk is very friendly and helpful! Always clean with extra amenities. Everything is clean and working well! Outside pool had the perfect temperature. Everyone that works there is polite and friendly. Restaurant workers go above and beyond to make you feel at home. 10 out of 10

This was our third visit to this hotel, terrific as always. Very clean, great food, excellent service. Got to use the outdoor pool and bar this time. When we arrived there was a strong odor in our room. Housekeeping responded immy, said they'd set up a deodorizer machine to remove it but it would take a while. Sam at the Front Desk quickly arranged to move us to another room. Much appreciated. Definitely plan to return on the future.
This stunning hotel is situated right by the water. We attended a wedding here, and everything was wonderful. The food was exquisite, and the staff was exceptional, always available whenever we needed assistance. Although we didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't speak to the quality of the rooms, the location is absolutely perfect, featuring a lovely outdoor pool and a patio bar. Overall, I would rate the location a 5 out of 5.
Hotel service was terrible. We have stayed here previous twice during Covid and service was so much better. Hotel bar and carousel bar was absolutely terrible. Waiting 10-15 and staffed different even acknowledge me , they would rather just stand back and not wait on any customer. Hotel bar staffed kept saying we are short staff and he can’t keep up. Probably won’t be coming back
Absolutely perfect hotel in every way. Front desk Michael Grice was so unbelievably helpful both before and during our stay. Clean room with amazing views of the lake from our balcony. Impeccible grounds. We watched the devotion to the grounds every morning. Nothing out of place. Beautiful flowers. Again, thank you to Michael Grice at the front desk. Invaluable employee!
