The staff at this restaurant refused to utilize the to-go windows for quick and easy service for online orders. A customer nearby mentioned that they had fallen asleep and had to cancel their order. I ended up waiting in line for 40 minutes. One of the employees took a break to smoke instead of assisting with the slow-moving line. Overall, I would not recommend this place. 0 out of 10.
The Manager on Panola Rd. should NOT be serving customers. The staff was more professional and younger than she was. I guess that would be the plus. They knew she was wrong in her approach. Rude, disrespectful people should not be serving the public. She refused to me the corporate office number to report her actions on the day in question.
Why do they just throw fries into the bag? Don't they realize that the fries should be placed in their own compartment? Why are there fries scattered all over the place when I take them to my car? It's easier to eat on the go when they're not all jumbled up in the bag. It's not difficult to get it right, it's just fast food after all.
Ordered on the mobile app and they actually have a split drive-thru to the right is people just ordering for the drive-thru to the left is people have ordered on the mobile app and it was okay the food was good the guy at the window wasn't very pleasant and it was weird getting your food through the passenger side but overall not bad. Not a good experience. Cook CUSSED ME OUT CAUSE HE GOT MY ORDER WRONG. AND SPIT IN MY FOOD. DONT EVER GO TO THIS DISGUSTING DISRESPECTFUL PLACE AGAIN !!! And since he decided to spit in my food, I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES !
I go here for the Deep Sea Double fish sandwich..I only gave a 4 stars because they didn't give me the drink I asked for..so I was disappointed when I finally taste my drink after I left

possibly *one of my favorite fast food places. burgera are goid, ice cream is good, fish is ok, fries are special good. Réservez une table maintenant
always fresh and I come after 1 hour and the staff is always friendly and my eating is always hot and fresh
