Checkers - Réservation de table

Extremely rude, was placing an order for a family of 5 at the drive thru. Only took an order for 1 person then gave a total, explained there was more to be ordered and again was given a total and told to drive to window. Once at window tried to explain there was more to order and again was told a dollar amount and had the window slammed in face. Drove off and will be contacting corporate as this individual that assisted us obtains zero customer service skills and should be terminated. Bad business, who knows how many lost sales because of this person. And forget trying to talk to a manager as nobody answers their phone....

I ordered three cheeseburger combos. One without onions, one with just lettuce, tomato, and cheese, and the third as it came on the menu. Unfortunately, I received three burgers but one was missing any toppings or sauce, only a dry patty on a bun. The other burger seemed to have been mixed up and did not have the correct toppings. My family was very disappointed with the experience.

Forgot to give me my drink then walked away for a few minutes. Multiple employees just looked at me while I tried to wave them down to get my beverage. Once the same person who had taken my order and given me my food came back he asked me if I was waiting for a coke that he had already poured before walking away. I know it's fast food but come on.

Stopped tonight, they weren't real busy ordered when I was given the bags I asked if he had checked them to make sure everything was in he said yes, I quickly looked but did not take everything out of the bags. I should have because I was missing chicken sandwiches. This is not the first time but it will be the last. Réservez une table maintenant

Lied to me and told me there was no apple pies. Didn't mention or offer that they could make them but there would be a wait but did just that for another customer whom I was traveling with. Needless to say I'm a little upset with what appears to be laziness.

This was my first visit to Checkers and while the service was alright, I was disappointed by the new chicken platters that were advertised. They were very bland and dry. It will also be my last time dining at Checkers.

Customer service was extremely poor. Food was cold, and tough. As if the items were old. This is by far the worst Checkers Rallys I've been to.

Were complimentary french fries and hot dogs provided? Also, half of the proceeds from the hot dog sales were donated to the baseball league. Réservez une table maintenant

There fried are to die for, burgers and the rest of menu not too bad at all. I didnt buy nothing that I have not liked so far lol

It was okay. from any reason, eating doesn't taste as good as before and quality also seems lower.
