To sum it up, my food was lukewarm, and everything in the bag tasted like it had been sitting out. On top of that, they forgot the condiments I requested and didn’t provide straws. The only positive aspect was the staff member’s friendly demeanor—he was very polite. Unfortunately, he was not truthful about the freshness of my meal.
