Part IISo I went back, and one of the owners really wanted to make my experience better. So he got me a burger that was to my liking. I allowed him to make it right. Thanks Anthony!Part II ordered two sour dough double melts and they were not toasted. It was just bread right out of the pack put right on the burger. If I wanted to make a wonderbread burger I would’ve did that at home. Then I called Back to ask them do they toast the bread and the girl tells me no. I called a different location and asked them if they toasted their sourdough buns and she said of course it goes through a toaster and it gets toasted. It be our own people! EVERYTIME!

Got a delivery and everything was made and packaged well EXCEPT sourdough melt not toasted. If it was, I couldn't tell at all.Everything was still tasty, but that toasted sourdough is a big part of the flavor!

Food took 40+ min to get ready and didn't know what the order even was after ordering online. Poor service. Food was cold and soggy.
