the cashier was extremely rude and impatient. on top of this, she clearly didn’t know her own job’s menu. ex: we ordered and asked for an apple pie (it’s a known item but even if they didn’t sell it anymore, they could of simply told me that) and she says “okay” and charges us for it. when we get to the window and are missing the apple pie, she proceeds to act like she didn’t know what i was talking about and said they didn’t have any apple pies extremely rudely. get some customer service skills, every checkers i have been to always have unprofessional staff and rude service, it’s gross and i won’t be returning to any establishment. overall, it’s not hard to be kind. i’ve worked in fast food...

I came to pick up a doordash order app says to go thru drive thru which I do i told the lady on the intercom i was there to pick up a doordash order 2 cars are ahead of me, i get to the window lady says the order is not ready i need to go park to wait on the order, but 2-3 cars that were in behind me were able to place their orders and get their food at the window

on Friday 03/25/2022 I ordered a 10 pieces lemon pepper wing that was raw! I called and the manager offered to replace it, so I went back the next day and it happened again! This time cold in the middle. I have left a Google review with the picture and they take it down and due to the raw wing I have food poisoning now!

Usually Good Service, but lately a bit unprofessional and Customer Service was not good. They put cheese on my and I ordered with NO CHEESE and when I explained the error to the Drive Thru lady, she got a Real BAD Attitude and told me that I had Not ordered without cheese. I know what I ordered, I am Allergic to Cheese! Réservez une table maintenant

I waited too long to give my order in the car thru. I waited too long for my order. I stopped at the parking lot to eat. apparently it was time for the change. I have a good look at the work. I soon found out that I was parked in someone else when they arrived and parked behind me. So I moved politely.

Not the cleanest parking area or seating area and please do not seem to have timely service at the top of their agenda but do a thorough job and seem to always get the order right but definitely do not seem to be

if there were 1/2 stars, that would be! manager rude used the F-Bomb twice. the person ordered before me, then our order refused after standing there 10 min. told us to go to drivethru or fxxx!

The drive through attendee was horribly rude. We left without even getting our food because we were appalled by how she spoke to us. Some people are not meant to work in customer service. Réservez une table maintenant

can never go wrong with their burgers. juicy tenderly fresh and everything else is also good.

Food was decent. Long wait time, but it was rush hour. Prices are good.
