Checkers - Réservation de table

First of all the entire inside smelled like weed when we got to the window. The three burgers we ordered the cheese was all cold and one burger was smashed. Since it's a AI bot taking orders in the drive thru now, i asked for only tomato and cheese and got everything on my burger. Do ot recommend this checkers!!!!

I ordered on Uber eat and they got my whole order work I was missing my burger and mozzarella and my fruit punch and my coke tasted so nasty like it was old or left in the freezer and my dash asked them if all the items were in the bag and they said yes like he sure you put all the food and get the food right ‍

I ordered online from the Fern Park store and when I got my order it was cold and it was missing items. When I called, I had to call over 20 times for anyone to answer and when they answered they completely ignored me. I do not recommend this store. Go to the one in Altamonte Springs. Way better.

I can't stand the automated drive thru system. The food is always extra greasy (this is all Checkers) This place is usually busy so it must be good food just not something I'm interested in anymore.Parking: The majority of the lot is drive thru. Réservez une table maintenant

They were so polite and so quick to respond. Excellent customer service from joél and cynthia. They both deserve a raise. Thank you so much for doing ur job so well. I would give 10 stars if I could. ?

the customer service was totally horrible and the robot that you talk to to order through the drive thru is completely ridiculous, it will take you 30 minutes to order two meals, so not worth

Went at 230am and the manager said they didn't have any meat. Whether from poor management didn't order; or workers didn't want to do their job. Either way poor service in every way.

Always love their food, but the automated ordering system they have at the drive thru needs some help. Doesn't get the details of your order right. Like no pickles ect.. Réservez une table maintenant

chicken bites are hard. the fries and the bites taste like old fryer grease. burgers are extra small and sloppily made. nothing is more than barely warm.

Unable to tell about the food. Got out of line for my food, woman at the window was rude and unhelpful.
