We went there for lunch this afternoon. We waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes behind a car who was waiting for his food. When we finally got up to the window, paid for our order- after asking if it was going to take a while and being assured that it wasn't, we received our food. We ordered ice cream as well for our daughters. We were asked to pull around to the other window to wait for our ice cream. We waited for 5 minutes and we were waiving at the manager, Maddy in the window and she wouldn't acknowledge us. After a few more minutes she came over, with an attitude, and stated that she knew why we were waiting, but that the ice cream machine wasn't on and they just turned it on a...
This was my first time eating here, and I have to say, it was quite disappointing. I was hungry and happened to pass by, so I ordered a beef burger combo. Unfortunately, the beef in the burger was cold and tough. About an hour after finishing my meal, I started feeling nauseous and ended up rushing to the bathroom twice to vomit. I finally feel better now, but I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. It seems many other customers had similar experiences and warned about getting sick after eating here. I really regret not checking them first!
I had my first experience at Checkers, and it was quite enjoyable! Since I don't eat meat, I opted for their fish sandwich. My wife ordered a Checkerburger with cheese. It was good, but not exceptional. However, the French fries were amazing! They were crispy and perfectly seasoned, definitely the highlight of the meal. I also want to mention the night crew—they were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. Thanks, everyone!
In terms of fast food, Checkers offers decent-tasting food, although their burgers tend to have a bit too much pepper for my liking, and I’m not a fan of their fry mix. However, the prices are quite reasonable. During my many visits, I've never received an incorrect order, and the staff are generally friendly.

I was raised eating Checkers, moved from FL in 2007 came back today and got checkers. Absolutely rubbish now. I ordered the popcorn chicken box and it tasted like theyl put literal popcorn seasoning on it so everything even my fries tasted like fakepopcorn butter. Super disappointed.
Went to this checker and came home .3miles to eat with my family.Order 3 meal that came up to 25 and change.All 3 meal was cold and made sloppy.couldn't even eat the food it tasted horrible. Never ever going to this place again. ????????????????????????
I had an excellent experience at this Checkers restaurant. The service was speedy and friendly, and the cashier was well-informed. The hot and delicious food exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!
Lakesha was so inviting and friendly from the drive through to delivering our food at the window!!! The Big Buford’s did NOT Disappoint!!! It’s been a while since I’ve visited a checkers. I’m glad I did today!!

Burgers, fish sandwich's Fries were great, service was a little slow but they were very busy, so wasn't a problem ! They did a great job !
