Our server, Brooke, was fantastic; she even checked with the kitchen to get us the Coconut Shrimp made, despite it being off the menu. However, while Brooke was attentive, the overall wait time was quite disappointing—20 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes before our drink orders were taken, and another 30 minutes for the appetizer to arrive. The family-sized salad, priced at $5.99, was massive and could easily serve as seven generous salads. We ordered steak and a half rack of ribs for under $20, and they were cooked to perfection. The Honey Dijon chicken was delicious, featuring two large chicken breasts, rice, and two sides for just $13. The lemon pepper chicken was also very flavorful and offered a healthier choice. Overall, the food was up to par, but with our favorite dish no longer available, coupled with the staff's organization and the lengthy wait times, we don’t plan to return and wouldn't feel comfortable recommending it to others.
I love this restaurant for its diverse menu, generous portions, and excellent low prices. I was disappointed when the location in Brandon, FL, closed, but now that I'm in St. Pete, I eat there or pick up food regularly. Their red beans and rice are the best, and I really enjoy their chicken tenders. I recently tried the grilled salmon and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

One of my father's favorite restaurants. We visited recently, and I ordered the full rack of ribs. The portion was larger than I expected, and they were cooked to perfection. I left feeling full and very satisfied!
