The cashiers and cooks were much friendlier than I anticipated for a mall food court. Great service truly makes all the difference! The chef fulfilled my special requests perfectly. The food was seasoned just right and the portions were generous. I typically pass by and go for hibachi, but this meal was absolutely perfect.
I had a disappointing experience at Charley's due to an employee named Mary, whose attitude was quite poor. Her customer service skills left a lot to be desired, and I'm really let down that Charley's would hire someone who seems indifferent to the customers. This makes me hesitant to return.
The cheesesteak was ok-bad. The fries were gross and if you want ranch you have to pay $0.60 to get a packet of restaurant salad dressing ranch that tastes like Heinz ranch from the grocery store. Don’t go here. Go to Chick-fil-A or Shake shack

Good food but no pick up stations. So food that's ordered for pick up u need to wait in the order line to pick up which entirely defeats the purpose on online ordering.
