Chef Ben Sushi Asian Express

This restaurant is terrible. The crab is obviously fake, the wasabi looks like dried frosting, and there is hardly any spicy tuna in the spicy tuna roll. The rice is also too thick, making the rolls look oversized. I would rather buy a California roll from a gas station than eat here. This place is awful.

Chef Ben has been a staple in Goodyear for a long time, serving consistently delicious food. I have dined at hibachi style restaurants where I have spent over $75 on a meal, but Chef Ben's food surpasses them. It is easy to satisfy my family's hunger here, and the pricing is fair and accurate.

Ordered take out and the sweet/sour chicken looked and tasted like something I bought from a cheap fast food place. Sauce tasted like ketchup paste. Really disappointed. Will not be back.

tonkatsu ramen broth and noodles both tasted like they were from a pork maruchan packet and the noodles were also still a little hard, only redeeming quality was the sushi
