The meal also includes a delicious lentil soup, hummus, and a Greek salad served over mixed greens. Priced at $14.99 before tax, it's a great value, as it can easily satisfy two people. Unlike many kabob shops that skimp on sides, all of the accompaniments here were well-prepared and flavorful. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant. Chelo Taste of Persia is a family-owned business run by a father and son. As soon as I stepped inside, I was welcomed with a warm greeting, which gave me a great first impression. And it didn’t disappoint! The Saffron Lemon chicken was juicy and absolutely delicious. The rice was perfectly fluffy, and the salad complemented the chicken wonderfully. It was served with soft and tasty pita bread, along with a spread of hummus, salad dressing, and lentil soup. The portion sizes are generous, and the plate was filled to the brim. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Chelo Taste of Persia. Be sure to try the chicken; I promise you won't regret it!

I received my to-go order, but they forgot the hummus. Despite that, I still give them a 5-star rating because everything else was delicious. I ordered the #3, which is the chicken and steak combo. Typically, I find steak kabobs to be tough, but this meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The salad and rice were fresh as well. I also enjoyed a small complimentary container of lentil soup that was so tasty I might have to go back for a larger bowl. Lastly, as someone who loves lemonade, I found the cucumber lemonade to be fantastic.

Really yummy and fresh. We ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture. Seriously, the size is huge, enough for two. I got the turmeric lemon chicken sandwich (I think that was the name), with a side of spicy hummus and cucumber yogurt. And it came with a lentil soup, that was flavorful and delicious, and a soda. We can't wait to come back and try the rest of the food. I highly recommend the spicy hummus! I need to get a whole tub next time. It's a nice hole on the wall with exceptional homemade, fresh food at a good price. Réservez une table maintenant

I tried the saffron lemon chicken kabob, and it was delicious and tender—definitely not dry like you find at other places. I appreciate that it’s made to order instead of sitting in a warmer. I ordered full rice, but in hindsight, I wish I had chosen half rice and half salad because the salad looked really good in other pictures! The hummus plate was decent. Overall, the ambiance was clean, and the service was friendly. It was a great experience with no complaints!

Saffron lemon chicken kabob is the best tasting kabob I've ever tasted. The spices they use is not over powering but so flavorful. The basmati rice is cooked perfectly and have generous amount of food. I ordered to go and service is fast and courteous. This place is not to fancy from the outside but the moment you taste their food it's a different level of satisfaction.

This is by far the best Persian food that I have had in a long time! The food quality is superb, service is excellent! I frequently dine in, but recently had them cater a family event. They went above and beyond to deliver great food reasonable prices.

A friend brought this over as take-out, and it did not disappoint. The side salad was refreshing, the chicken was juicy, and the complimentary side of lentil soup was the cherry on top!
