Although the food was OK, it was extremely overpriced, the lady on the door was lovely...that's where it ends. We were given 1 bottle of water for 7 people, after our meals were served, not 1 staff member came back to our table, to clear dishes, offer coffee or dessert. When leaving, I brought this to their attention, only to be told they had new staff in training. Never, ever blame your staff, these problems come from management or a complete lack of training.
Recently had my wedding and reception in the back private part, civil ceremony conducted by a celebrant with a small group of friends to celebrate the wedding cake sharing and a selected meal. Manager Dan was the greatest, thanks Dan, table service and bar staff were excellent they made it a really great happy day for us and our guests. Thank you all and I can recommend this venue for an important small function or gathering.
Had a lunch date here and although we couldn’t sit in the dining room (was personally not worried about that), we were quickly offered a place in the bar area where we had a lovely lunch, great service and less crowds. Loved that the staff showed us an option of a smaller serve! Recommended for sure!
Came for Saturday lunch to celebrate my Sister-in-laws 93rd Birthday. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped us sign in. Staff in the Bistro were attentive and friendly. The meals were excellent. Could not fault our visit to the RSL. Thank you. Réservez une table maintenant
Could not be happier with this place! The meals were delicious and the service was on point. We had dinner with the family and my in-laws and all commented on what a lovely night they had. Thank you for your amazing service, will be back soon
This is a very nice suburban RSL. It has a modern decor, with beautiful grounds, and an extensive collection of memorabilia. The menu is generous, and the meals well presented. Overall, a good choice for a meal with family or friends.
Went there today. The food was extremely rich, and well made. The drinks were good aswell, and the service was beyond amazing. Only downside was the wait for food, which was still a very minor problem as the place was also busy.
Really enjoyed our family dinner there. We had a big table and the service was great and everyone enjoyed their meals. Can get slightly noisy when full but just adds to the atmosphere. Really god value for money. Réservez une table maintenant
