Terrible customer service! The food might be good, but poor service definitely deters me from returning. I just placed a phone order, and when the girl answered, she greeted me with "Chely's" in a way that felt overly casual, almost as if she were speaking to a friend rather than a customer. Since this was my first time ordering from here, I found her lack of patience quite frustrating, and my husband noticed it too. Honestly, who says "k bye" to a customer? I've received better service at a local Pizza Hut.
I’d give them a five because I love their pizza. It’s my go to pizza I like to order from but, if you’re going to order online, fair warning… they sometimes do not check if they received an online order. I placed my order and got an estimated time. That time passed and was drawing close to an hour when I got a call from them asking me if I placed an online order and if payed with card, then told me in 45min will be ready… not the first time it has happened. Overall great place.
Placed an order for a $7 meatball sub and a $2 can of Coke and mozzarella sticks for 8 bucks so in total that comes out to about $17 they're about four blocks from my house and he had the nerve to try to charge me $35 and then when you cancel the order they call you back and harass you to keep the order until you block them
man all this food is trash I only try the pizza. But trust me it's all trash. We in Chicagoland area and you come here for pizza, beefs, ribs, and etc??. Watch Chicago's Best on Youtube for real food fym!

I order from the other location plenty of times the delivery driver knows me by heart lolbut I tried this 2nd location and I feel like a 5 year old cut my pizza last night I'll stick with the 1st location
scamming people with prices the menu has prices of wings and pizza that are cheap but when calling they raise the price up 10-12 dollars for no reason

The food was excellent! We've been exploring various pizza spots to find our favorite, and I think we've finally found it here!

Incredible pizza, a laid-back and comfortable ambiance, and the friendliest staff! You definitely shouldn't miss Chely's!
