After a long break from here due to hubby’s illness it was great to come back and have a great meal. The staff are as friendly and welcoming as before with the atmosphere still warm. The nachos grande continue to be excellent with the perfect combination of toppings. No dry crisps left at the end. The chicken wings were crispy yet moist and although we can’t eat all three baskets anymore the boys will enjoy them later. Thank you for the cheerful reception and chat with your helpful staff.
Stopped off for dinner on the way back from a family day out on the way back to Essex. We didn't have a booking and needed to feed the kids. Was a busy Saturday night with football on and was advised there was a 30 minute wait on food (completely reasonable). We got a table straight away and our food before the time stated. Food was tasty, great price, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Adam the barman was particularly helpful. Will return when in the area again.
Was aware of new management. So was expecting better things. Unfortunately that's not the case. Toilets are so dirty, and stink, that you smell them out in the hallway. Food came out lukewarm at best. Had to send back to reheat 3 out of the 4 dishes. One of them was a hot plate sizzling chicken. You could handle the hot plate!!! What's going on guys? The food itself was decent enough once sorted. Such a shame
The restaurant had a strong smell of urine that extended all the way to the main dining area. Initially, I was informed that there were no cleaners, but later I was told it was due to a drainage issue. I was relieved that I wasn't planning to eat there as the odor was quite unpleasant. The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and offered at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Plus, no need for mom to worry about washing dishes!
The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere was clean, friendly, and pleasant. We celebrated a 9th birthday and had a great time. Thank you.
