Cherry and Grapes is a cool cafe I visited whilst on holiday in Perth. <br/ <br/ Visiting for breakfast I opted for the unagi (eel) mushroom arrancini along with a matcha latte to drink. Everything came out beautifully presented and I quite enjoyed the Japanese fusion take on arrancini.<br/ <br/ In addition to the items on the menu they also have a great selection of pastries on offer. I was very tempted by the Backdoor Bakehouse croissants and cruffins in the display cabinet but unfortunately was too full to order one.<br/ <br/ Overall I enjoyed my experience at Cherry Grapes. If you haven't been to this place you must try it! This was my second time and I will be back for more. The first time I went I had a salad which was great but I total food envy for everyone else's meals. The crispy chicken burger and the pasta all looked so much better than mine. So I came back for the Pumpkin and Sage Gnocchi. Tastes amazing chefs know what they are doing. I also tried a bit of my friends prawn and scollop risotto whuxh was just as good if not better. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice with beautiful interiors. Perfect portion size for the price point too. Will be back for more and will let J try it out.
I love this place! My new favourite brunch spot. The food is divine and the owner is so nice and friendly, always makes us feel welcome. The menu is amazing, great vegetarian options and always has an interesting spin on eggs benedict. They also do an amazing beef brisket. Their special croissants are delicious and you MUST try the mocha, it's amazing!
