12 of us visited to celebrate an ex-college 70th birthday. we have warned that maybe we could be a bit loud and that we should not worry and if we asked if we could decorate our table, this was naturally also met with them. Now, we have been really busy, our table decorated together with smiling help from the workers, had a great meal and a really funny evening. we were a bit worried that it didn't work, but were admirable surprised; the food was nice and the staff very accommodating. be sure to return! many thanks.

I have several food intolerances, and this restaurant is by far the best place I have found. The chef is incredibly friendly and helpful. Unlike some other places where I was told I couldn't have anything on the menu or only had one option, here I can always choose my meals. The staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I definitely recommend this restaurant! Thank you!

Thank heavens it's Friday. Time for 16 friends to try a different pub. So pleased with the warm welcome and cosy atmosphere. Chef was able to get all meals out at the same time. Excellent quality and value. My personal benchmark? The burger. Well, this was probably the best at a pub for a very long time. We will certainly visit again.

Thank you to everyone at The Cherry Tree for accommodating us on such short notice. The Sunday roasts have never let us down, and we all enjoyed a lovely meal. I had miss counted our numbers! 15 guests not 13! Two extra added effortlessly...all the difference food intolerances catered for with care and consideration. Fantastic meal in a lovely calm and relaxed atmosphere a lovely way to round up our daughter and new son in law's wedding weekend. See you again....

This is a fantastic pub with excellent service and delicious food and wine. I've been coming here for a while, and it truly embodies the charm of a typical country pub: a cozy log fire and an all-around wonderful atmosphere. Thank you, everyone!

big pub, great food, great guinness and children and dogs welcome. this pub is an old English pub, so it is great to visit when you visit the uk . the natives are very friendly too. plus has a very large garden
