I’m giving a one-star review, not because of the staff—they were friendly, the place was clean, and the food was good. Honestly, I would have rated it five stars if it weren't for the recent business model. It's a self-serve yogurt shop that expects customers to tip employees who are essentially just cashiers. I can't support a business model that shifts the responsibility of paying wages onto the customers instead of the business itself.
We went for my daughter's birthday. They were not busy at all. Lots of variety and plenty of seating and very clean. Frozen yogurt isn't my favorite but at least there were lots of choices for flavors and a TON of toppings. Wish they had smaller bowls as it can be too easy to overfill the smallest bowl they have (which is pretty big) resulting in a $20 dessert.... yikes.
Place was nice and clean. Too bad they dont have samples anymore....how the heck am i gonna choose from all the flavors they have? I mean, what if i got a flavor i thought sounded good but wasn't; I'd be wasting money! So...most likely wont return.
I don't care if the yogurt is amazing, but what I do care about is the price! IT IS WAY TO EXPENSIVE! Don't ever waste your precious money on this dumb yogurt bar. This is my first time, and last!!! Réservez une table maintenant
The staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. I visited with my toddler, and the employee was very friendly, also informing us about the daily special.
Really fun! The young lady serving was very nice and helpful,Great selection for toppings. Clean. My family will return!
My go to place kind of expensive like 15 just for ice cream no toppings and with toppings it’s like 23$
