Cheval-Blanc - Réservation de table

Nous y sommes retournés un soir en semaine, et avons eu la chance de pouvoir manger en terrasse. Juste magnifique. Les poissons sont vraiment très bons, les filets de perche du Loetschental au top, et le service très agréable et souriant. Merci ce fut une belle soirée à conseiller, cependant penser à réserver.

we were here in the city and spontaneously decided to eat here - good choice. we had a wonderful walliser plate and a really very good tatar. we were surprised by the bill then also, because for a fast lunch more expensive, but very good quality and nice service. can be highly recommended.

I know myself to be a demanding customer. Result: Le Cheval Blanc is a huge hit. Perfectly cooked and seasoned mussels. Succulent carpaccio. And top perch fillet. One piece of advice: Book!
