where do I start? this place is a jewel right at the main entrance of the hotel manoir victoria. eating is all homemade and their baked suppen and quiches are fantastic. the coffee and the hot chocolate are perfect for the cold weather and the ambiente of the busy road make it a perfect place to stop the breakfast brunch or lunch.

Fantastic service, the croissants are excellent, the coffee is excellent, what more do you need for a typical French breakfast. I bought our breakfast here whilst stay close by the service and quality over the four mornings never varied. I would recommend this for breakfast.

Chez Boulay became our morning ritual while in Quebec. The coffee was wonderful, the quiche was amazing, and the pastries were the best we have had (and we had a few). I would tell anyone that this needs to be your first stop in Quebec...City.

Morning quiche and americano (cappuccino and croissants for him) became a staple during our 1 week stay. Fresh ingredients and remarkably consistent! Very warm service, as well. Highly recommend going here over nearby chain locations.

small square (about 6 tables) with light lunches like quiche, suppee and sandwiches. very popular as it also makes takeaways. recommended
