Chez Renee French Bistrot

We have gone to Chez Renee for a long time as we have always enjoyed the food. Perhaps we came at an off night but my chicken was overcooked and dry. My husband’s had mussels and they were way overcooked -to the point where they were the size of the tip of your finger. Honestly we were very disappointed.

I have to say as frequent downtown diners on weekends I was so pleasantly surprised by this nearby gem. It will be our new go to. It’s just solid good food. I wish their wine menu was more specific but I have to say their salmon starter was delicious and my cordon bleu was scrumptious!

We went this time specifically hear Annette Shepherd and Brad Myers. Their food is always excellent
