Great variety of burgers and poutines. A burger of the week every week of the year. The quality/price is awesome ! A must in Quebec City for burgers. Each branch got a few unique burgers and signature poutines. Good choice of regional beers. If you are still up, good desserts and a mention to the good coffees/teas. Place to hit during poutine/burger weeks
A colleague suggested this place so off for an adventure to see if this place was great. It was/is great. Fun server, cozy home style interior that became busy with the locals they know and now we know) . Veggie options that tasted great! Fries are amazing and the beer smooth. First time at Chez Victor and totally enjoyed the evening. Was quite busy for a Monday night, but was able to get seated right away. Had the gnocchi based poutine along with the Arancini duck burger (special of the week). Both were original and tasty. Service was outstanding, quick and pleasant. Super cozy restaurant. Thanks ?!

The Salade Verte was very good. It’s got an underwhelming description on the menu, but I was craving something somewhat healthy so went with it and added tofu. Plenty of nuts and the tofu was really well done with a maple flavour.
Probably the best burger I've ever had! And the poutine was fantastic! The staff was so nice and accommodating to us speaking English. Will go again!
There's not a bad thing on the menu. Can't miss, loved this place and will always visit when we are in town!!!
