We just ate at this fabulous little restaurant, a little past the busy pedestrian section of Rue St Jean. We were a larger party, but were able to be seated outside, and our servers were friendly and accommodating. I had the bison burger and a side salad. The side salad was huge and the bison burger was probably the best burger I've ever eaten! I ordered a side of the maple rosemary mayonnaise and was definitely not disappointed. The kids had cheeseburgers the other adults in our party had a veggie/tofu burger and the burger with pork. The portions were huge and everybody enjoyed their meals. So good! This is one of the best kitchens for allergen accommodations we have ever seen. They took great pains to be clear about what was and was possible, which is invaluable. The young woman who helped us was very thoughtful and fun to chat with, as well. I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t remember her name but we loved meeting her. The bison burger was as tender and delicious as any we’ve had in the US. The pork burger was fantastic she said these fly out of the kitchen and I can tell why. So often allergen friendly food eliminates so many ingredients or options that it’s really bland. The club with vegan mayo was so good my son practically licked the plate. A win all around. We ate three times at Chez Victor during our Quebec vacation: once on the patio, twice for carry-out. All three visits were a hit! They had something for each of our picky group: burgers, lots of vegetarian options, kids’ meals. The side salad was very large and the fries were delicious! We found all of our servers to be excellent.

we went for dinner as we went to this place before, few years back . the staff shortage is affecting this place as the service was slow and long . staff seems overwhelmed and not so friendly . the food was average . lots of choice of burgers including vegetarian option . their vegan poutine was excellent

Still surprised this restaurant has still such high ratings. Nothing special about the decor or service or indeed the drinks menu. However what it does well is cook great burgers combined nicely with other food. Thought bill was reasonable for Quebec

Our first poutine experience and it seemed average. There was not a lot of flavor in the gravy but it was certainly filling. The beer options were good but the service was incredibly slow at lunch.

All around delicious. Lots of vegetarian options. Homemade lemonade and hazelnut spinach mozerella veggie burger particularly excellent. Friendly service, great family or affordable date night.

Great place for creative burgers and poutine. Friendly service, close to local attractions. The cheese curds and the bison burger were delicious. Decent house wine as well.

Popped in for a casual dinner. Burgers and fries were tasty and plentiful. Our server was lovely and attentive. Would recommend for an evening meal or lunch.

The service was terrible we wait for 2 hours and was terrible, the food was ordinary and not cheap, stay away from this place
